About Alicia Shalapata
Alicia is a features writer with a passion for film and television. She watches a little bit of everything and can talk your ear off about anything Television. And if she has yet to see this elusive TV show, she'd be interested to hear your opinions about it.
Her passion is Vintage Television, like The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Murder She Wrote, The Golden Girls, The Nanny, That 70's Show and everything in between.
If she isn't watching those shows, you can find her lost in outer space as she immerses herself with the crew of the Enterprise on Star Trek: The Next Generation or anything Star Trek-related.
Some newer series she enjoys include Schitt's Creek, Only Murders in the Building, Ahsoka, Minx, and Hacks.
Like she said, she'll talk your ear off about TV. But she also enjoys a good action comedy flick, especially a good 80s cop action film, Mission Impossible, a good heist, or Bullet Train.
Alicia managed to score a creative writing degree and is extremely ecstatic to be able to put it to use. The best part is she gets to write about stuff she watches and have in-depth conversations with other creatives. From a young age, she has always been interested in writing about film and TV and is very happy to be able to pursue her passions.
